RT Ads Killed in Airports Kept Alive in Flash
Recently US airports rejected controversial Russia Today ads that are turning heads across the UK. Major US airports refused to display these and other images intended for use in the Russia Today’s December 2009 US advertising campaign.
RT advertisements juxtaposed provocative images which show different sides of a story. They ask questions and encouraged viewers to question more, since you can only reach a balanced judgment by being better informed. By challenging the accepted view, they reveal a side of the news that you wouldn’t normally see.

Whatever your personal point of view is on any of these stories, we at RT believe it is valid to pose the questions.
Who poses the grater nuclear threat?
Should fear of an unknown menace detract from the presence of the world´s largest nuclear arsenal?
Who Is More Dangerous?
Should a democratically elected government use violence to control a demonstration?
Climate Change: Science Fiction or Science Fact?
Is climate change a real threat or a global conspiracy?
Is Terror Only Inflicted By Terrorists?
If violence against civilians defines terrorism, then how do people in a war zone distinguish friendly forces?
Which Is The More Powerful Weapon?
Is the ability to influence minds more potent than a deadly force?
An alternative version was accepted though, and can be seen on display in airports of New York NY, Washington DC, Baltimore MD and Newark NJ.
I have to agree with the concept behind the campaigns. After all, the more you question, the more you know.
